Allied Appraisers began as an idealistic concept driven by the need for quality valuations without the influence of biased pre-determined values. Our appraisers were exposed to extensive experience in loan origination prior to establishing an appraisal company dedicated to accuracy and integrity.
Our staff has over 25 years experience in lending and banking. The president has a BA in business administration, with minors in marketing and accounting. We have employed individuals with varying loan related responsibilities in order to insure that the combined experiences meld into a cohesive team resistant to pressure for inflated values while understanding the position of the client.
We offer appraisal experience with backgrounds in conventional, FHA and VA mortgage requirements. We are well versed in Rural Housing programs and USDA farm guidelines.
